Milwid v. IBM Canada Ltd., 2023 ONCA 702

Our firm successfully acted as counsel in Milwid v. IBM Canada Ltd., 2023 ONCA 702, in which the Court of Appeal upheld a 27-month common law reasonable notice award based on “exceptional circumstances” and held that IBM’s RSU plan did not clearly and unambiguously oust Milwid’s RSU entitlement.
