Mary brings more than 40 years’ experience to her practice of employment law, acting for both employers and employees with emphasis on the senior management and executive level. She has extensive experience advising executives and senior employees on employment contracts, termination arrangements, exit strategies, constructive dismissal and sexual harassment claims.
Mary has also advised employers on issues relating to dismissals, employment contracts, corporate restructuring and downsizings, human rights and discrimination claims, employment standards and workplace policies.
