Biography

Amirali is an Associate at Israel Foulon Wong LLP. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. During law school, Amirali successfully competed in mooting competitions, learning directly from leading advocates and judges across Ontario, and volunteered with the Pro Bono legal clinic to give back to the community that fostered the start of his legal career.

Before joining Israel Foulon Wong LLP, Amirali practiced at a litigation boutique in downtown Toronto, appearing before administrative tribunals and various levels of Ontario courts, including the Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and Divisional Court. He has worked on a range of complex matters, including contractual disputes, commercial losses, negligence, and statutory interpretation, developing a practical, strategic approach to advocacy. Fluent in English and Farsi, Amirali is committed to providing accessible and personable service to a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate workplace challenges with clarity and confidence.
