Rosalie is an Associate at Israel Foulon Wong LLP and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. Rosalie completed her Articles in employment law and litigation, and has practiced employment law since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2018.

Rosalie handles a broad spectrum of workplace matters, including: wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, employment standards claims, employment and contractor agreements, workplace human rights and accommodations, terminations, investigations, restrictive covenants, workplace policies, and occupational health and safety matters.

Rosalie assists both employee and management side clients in a manner that is cost effective and efficient. Rosalie particularly enjoys helping employees navigate through sensitive and complex workplace matters to ensure their rights are fully protected and represented. Rosalie is attentive and empathetic, giving each and every client the personal attention they deserve.

Prior to Israel Foulon Wong LLP, Rosalie worked at a regional full-service law firm practicing labour and employment law. In addition, Rosalie sat on a Human Resources Committee at a local board of trade. She advised various member businesses and human resources professionals about the implications of relevant labour and employment matters on businesses.

In her spare time Rosalie enjoys cooking, traveling, and taking ballet barre and pilates classes.
