Andrea Stoddart

Andrea StoddartAndrea Stoddart has practiced in employment and labour law almost exclusively since her call to the bar in 2010. The focus of her practice is on the representation of employers and employees in many areas of employment and labour law, including disability management, human rights accommodations, wrongful dismissals, employment standards, collective agreement compliance, and workplace health and safety. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.

Andrea has numerous years of work experience with two national insurance companies. She studied Industrial Relations at the University of Toronto and subsequently attended the University of Ottawa Law School. During her studies in Ottawa she volunteered with a refugee immigration law practice.

Andrea trains with and paddles for a competitive dragon boat team and has competed in three club crew world championship races, including the 2010 race in Macau, China.
